  !!!Never Again!!!. bought an LG microwave & LG Fridge 35 days ago, problems now with the oven (won't heat) possibly due to being floor stock. You cannot return faulty goods to the store or place of purchase, they say they will send via email the repairs location, still waiting for the email. I contacted LG, they advised a location close to me, no point to contact the store for any further assistance with repairs or warranty, they just don't listen. Poor service, Nil Service, I will be trading back with Mr. Harvey as they always respect the customers request if the customer wishes to return faulty items.

  This store advertised that it would be open on Wednesday, December 27. I walked 7km to get there, only to find it was closed. I was planning to spend $441 on a clothes dryer, but this business will not get my money, now, or ever in the future.

  They have been so reasonably priced with all the items we've bought there since 1994 that we always check for stock rather than spending too long running all over town trying to save a few more dollars.
