  Worst customer service. We were called to pick up truck- waited for 1 hour but then told that the truck hasn’t arrived. Were asked to come the next day but neither apologies nor compensation was offered. Brendon , the manager , said it was it was the fault of the other customer as they didn’t return this on time. When I said it was not our fault- he said it wasn’t company’s fault either. He was not polite . This is not expected of an otherwise reportedly reputed brand

  very bad customer service......please stop renting from this place.... got $70 parking fine which i did,t pay.....they charge me $69 for admin fee to send that parking fee in my name.....

  Thrifty Footscray is in convenient location to get reach..on the edge of Footscray station..But they really lack of giving proper service..range of vehicles are not good always..thats why often they offer alternate vehicles in the same class which is not same actually..staffs are not always helpful in this matter..prefer airport or city stores..
