  Shane had his chance when I rang to talk about my concerns, he got very defensive and accused me of putting words in his mouth and then said he would clean my windscreen if I bring the car back !! I have replaced the old blades myself with new ones like Ford should have done as I was charged for.

  They also serviced my other car at an obscene cost for a basic service and brakes, wiper blades apparently changed but weren't, a rattle I asked to be investigated was also apparently fixed, still there.

  I can only be positive with my experiences dealing with the team at Binks Footscray. My Territory gets heavy use and i am there every 3 months or so for its next service. Always greeted by name and made to feel welcome if i choose to wait or use a loan car. ( even after crashing the 1 day old Everest i had for loan) Keep up the good work!

  To think I was going to trust them with my vintage 1971 XY Ford ! Shudder.. I wouldn't take my lawn mower there.

  The Transit fuel issue is also resolved, by a specialist , it was the issue I suggested it was, runs perfect now.

  Another thing, the fuel filter Ford replaced was not in the lock position and was leaking! Didn't even get that right! Also the brakes issue you couldn't fix!? It was the vac pump, also now fixed. All for far less than I wasted at binks.
