    Queues are long, minimal tellers, but lots of staff hanging around, this service model doesn't work.

    Always long queues. Never enough staff. Forced by staff to use automated machine to lodge cheques etc. 30 to 40% of cheques are rejected and you have to manually put in the dollar amount. 2 cheques recently were scanned incorrectly rang the bank to find out how to fix. Nobody calls back. Worst customer service in Australia.

    Used the ATM here. Service was fast, but not very friendly. Almost robotic.
